Politique d'annulation

一、本公司提供線上特殊需求家庭陪伴、遠距特殊教育諮詢與相關支持服務,目的在於協助家庭與學習者獲得教育性、支持性之建議與陪伴。Our company provides online companionship, remote special education consultation, and related support services, aimed at assisting families and learners with educational and supportive guidance.本公司之服務不構成醫療行為、心理治療或法律專業意見,顧客不得將其視為專業醫療或法律建議之替代Our services do not constitute medical treatment, psychological therapy, or legal advice, and shall not be considered a substitute for professional medical or legal consultation. 二、顧客應以合法、善意方式使用服務,不得利用平台進行違法、侵權或不當行為。Clients must use the services lawfully and in good faith, and shall not use the platform for illegal, infringing, or inappropriate purposes.未經書面同意,顧客不得錄音、錄影或公開分享任何課程或諮詢內容。 Clients shall not record, film, or publicly share any sessions without prior written consent. 三、顧客應提供正確、完整的個人與需求資訊,以利服務品質。 Clients must provide accurate and complete personal and service-related information to ensure quality service. 如涉及未成年人,顧客(家長或監護人)應全程知情並同意服務進行。For minors, clients (parents or guardians) must be fully informed and give consent to the services. 四、本公司不保證學習成效或任何醫療、心理結果,顧客須自行承擔使用服務之風險。We do not guarantee educational results or medical/psychological outcomes. Clients assume all risks associated with the services. 因第三方網路、設備或平台因素導致服務中斷或延遲,本公司不承擔直接或間接損害責任。We are not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by disruptions or delays due to third-party networks, equipment, or platforms. 五、個人資料之蒐集、處理與利用將遵循《台灣個人資料保護法》及《GDPR》規範。Collection, processing, and use of personal data comply with Taiwan’s Personal Data Protection Act and GDPR.本公司承諾不會將資料出售予第三方,僅於服務與內部管理必要範圍使用。We commit not to sell personal data to third parties and will use it only for service provision and internal management. 六、所有服務應於預約確認後支付全額費用。Full payment is required upon booking confirmation.如需取消,應於預約時間24小時前提出,另行預約時間;逾期取消恕不退費。Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment are eligible for change into another appointment; late cancellations are non-refundable. 本公司保留調整服務費用之權利,並將於合理時間內公告或通知顧客。We reserve the right to adjust service fees and will notify clients within a reasonable time frame. 七、若因不可抗力、天災、網路中斷或設備故障造成服務中斷,本公司將提供補償性時數或重新安排服務。In case of force majeure, natural disasters, internet outages, or equipment failures, compensate.顧客若因自身因素無法完成服務,應自行承擔後果,本公司不負補償責任。If clients cannot complete the service due to personal reasons, the company bears no obligation to compensate. 八、本條款受台灣法律及國際商業慣例規範。These Terms are governed by Taiwanese law and international business practices.本公司將透過電子郵件或官方平台公告進行正式通知。
